Hello.
So about 5 days ago I got connected to All or Nothing Hacked Lobby. Everyone got teleported to one spot, and could not move, hacker started shooting everyone and couple of guys got ~5000 XP for a kill..
After that i started getting this message:

Reddit is saying that this is just a MW3 lagg, but I need your help.
5 days passed, still cant connect to MW3 Online Services
I don't think it could be lag, because I get 120mbps from Vilnius, Lithuania to Vilnius, Lithuania and 10mbps from Vilnius, Lithuania to Kansas, USA (Europe to America)
