Hi:
I was just deranked by someone using hacking software called "Phantom by Enstone". I had chosen Team Deathmatch (not a private room), when suddenly I died and then I noticed the attached message on my screen. It reset all my stats except the death count and the loss count, which were both set to something like 8888888888.
I tried uninstalling MW3 from my PS3 and then reinstalling, but that didn't change anything. Is this information stored on my PS3 or was it uploaded to Activision's servers? It looks like my leaderboard stats remain the same, but the stats as they appear in the Barracks section are hosed. I've also lost all my prestige and earned items. Badges and emblems don't seem to be affected, but it reset me to "Private."
Is there any way to reset the Barracks stats to all be zero or have them reset to match the leaderboard stats, which were unscathed?
