Hi -
My brother-in-law bought me Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 for the Wii recently for my birthday.
Whilst playing the multiplayer online, I keep finding that the hosted game is hacked - killing any one opponent gives me 100 000 000 XP, so that suddenly all weapons, perks, levels, etc. have been unlocked.
This has now happened three times in three days of game play. It's very frustrating because it means that all of the XP that I've earnt, and my main reason for playing the game (earning my way up the levels) is taken away, and there appears to be no way to reset my XP to how it was before these selfish, inconsiderate, immature people intervened in my game without my permission.
I'm disappointed by Activision's response to this long-running problem - you've got no way inside the game to report these hackers; your "customer support" online which says "contact us", doesn't provide any way of contacting you; and the only reference to this problem (which appears to be very common, given how much online discussion there is about it), is a "support" article explaining why I might be banned.
Please, please, please: provide a way for customers to contact you (I got this email address from someone else's website); provide a way for instantly reporting hacked hosts within MW3 on the Wii; and (most galling of all!) please provide a meaningful support page about this issue.
At the moment, I will be recommending to all of my friends that - instead of sharing the enjoyment of playing this for many hours - they avoid buying your products while you handle security, enjoyment of the game, and customer support so badly.
